Do you buy Christmas or Holiday gifts for your birds?

Some people celebrate the holidays and include their pets by purchasing toys or treats for them sooooooooo what about you? Do you buy anything special for your fiddy friends? Tell us what?

SPX gets in on the Christmas Holiday celebration with some yogurt treat sticks or some millet, he also gets a new mirror toy or something I think he might enjoy in his cage.

Who am I kidding, I buy him tons of toys and its always because I LIKE the darn toy.... SPX never fails to make me crazy because he ignores most toys I give him in his cage to occupy his days.

SPRING! Coming soon.... I hope

I might get Rafiki some new toys, but he just got some and a nice new cage. His favourite fruit so far is apple, so I'll stock up on them too.

I used to when I had the companion parrots but I've calmed down a bit now. I'd spend a fortune on foraging toys that looked like Christmas trees haha!

Oh, I always tell our birds to be good or the Christmas Parrot won't stop at our house when he flies by!

Of course I can put an old toy into their cage in a new place and they think it's new, but like most of you,
I fell like they desearve something new. This year it was a new toy of soft circles I cut out of one of the
boys old fleece tents for Snowball. She does like to snuggle by it.

The boys did get a fun new toy with lots of flat beads (that they haven't touched yet -LOL!) and a splurge to
get some winter watermelon as a treat for everyone! Wonderful!
