Sam found a warm spot

I've had Sam out for quite a few hours actually and after playing with her a while and letting her eat, I put her on my shoulder and she eventually walked over to the back of my neck and played with my hair and then got on my left shoulder and she's been there ever since minus me just getting something off of her tail just a minute ago.

I swear she's been sleeping when I don't shake and wake her up by typing or kiss the side of her face (the only place I can D: ) because yeah.

But I took a pic of her and she closed her eyes right after it

I think she's listening to the music I'm listening to through the earphones. If she is, then she's actually listening to her favorite song (Fate The Game Title Screen music (
)). She always sleeps when I play that for her so I guess she likes it unless she just sleeps so she can't hear it

But yeah she's being a sweet little girl tonight.

As for me, I'm sitting here sniffling and my feet are numb because it's 17 degrees. It just went up one degree in the past minute. This is one winter when I refuse to go outside and I usually go running through the woods by our house since wasps and hornets aren't out (highly allergic and wasps swarm the house in the summer and spring and there's a huge hornet nest in the woods). Not this year. I"ll just stay in here and let Sammy sit on my shoulder like this since Bud and Lemon just jump off and sit on the edge of the arm of the couch or run off to the other end of it.

But here's my little girl being a sleepy budgie She's so cute. This is one of the few times when any of them have slept on my shoulder (one of three or four times). I'm happy that she does.
