As much as I like birds...

I don't like wild birds pooping all over my balcony. Any ideas on how to keep them away?

Get a decoy raptor if you can! They're brilliant. The real things work much better though I must admit But before I had my raptors I did have decoy owls and they very much so kept other birds from coming anywhere near my aviaries

If you're able to stretch a thin fishing line about an inch (25mm) or so above and along the top of balcony rail this will act as a deterrent as birds won't land or sit on the fishing line...it does work.

Cheers,

John.
