Allen -

So sorry you're having these health issues, but glad you got a new surgeon, the other one sounds like a flake! Hope you get your surgery done soon, so you can get on the road to recovery. Sending all good thoughts and prayers your way.

Sorry you are having so many troubles. I have never had surgery before. Well, once I had an absess (I think it's how you spell it) but it wasn't bad enough to put me through any anestesia when they worked on it. It was terrible. They also explained to me how numbing it in any way would make it worse, and so it wasn't numbed at all. They cut through my skin with scissors while I was awake, as to make it bigger so they could inject stuff better and stick their finger in the absess. I am a wimp when it comes to pain, so I was screaming blooy murder in that hospital! Not fun....

Sorry to hear of your frustrations... I recently had a specialist put me thru a huge round of tests regarding urinary tract issues just for him to say "well, your bladder is overactive so that's it" when there's no way possible that's the only thing wrong Some doctors are a waste. The biggest thing is to pass it along to your family doctor so they no longer recommend them to their patients.

I hope things go well for you and this new surgeon will be the trick to getting things moving in the right direction
