Happy Halloween!

Happy Halloween everyone!! I went as a punk pirate this year, handed out candy with Goober on my shoulder until it got dark. She did really good, she puffed up n tried to scare some kids, which just looks adorable She did wave at them on command tho! No talking, but the waving was a great touch, the kids LOVED her!

What did you guys dress up as this year?

You make a great pirate. I bet the real parrot was a big hit with the kids. We had very few trick or treaters. I think the storm and the power outages and what not had a lot to do with it. I did not dress up. My hubby said I'm scary enough sometimes without a costume. He'll pay for that one.

Yeah, hubby needs a nice smack for that Sounds like something Gareth would say lol.

We had a lot of kids, as usual. The rain cleared up and we had a beautiful night. We went through 4 bags of candy? Maybe 5

I love the leaky pen spot!! Too cute! Is that a total wine I spy in the background? Not like I go there all the time
