Wild goldfinch

Goldfinch on our feeder was only using a diddy lens so had to zoom in, hence the quality

Here is the local wild american goldfinch... the bright yellow is a spring male in breeding condition and the duller one is a non breeding fall male.

I know, they're beautiful.

I'm obsessed with British birds, that's why I said they're more colourful.

I see the goldfinches everyday! (american ones) They have a different flight pattern and I've pretty much memerised (spelling?) it! They look like a yellow bullet zooming across my yard!

I don't think British birds are very cool at all really. To just look at I mean. I guess it's the same wherever you go. I love British birds but when I go to FL I'm always so amazed, and I'm always shocked as to how friendly the birds are too!

Once seagulls were litterally taking food out of our hands! Then once one took a hotdog of the grill!

LOLOL! That would probably scare most people. When I go over there I just sit there with food on my hand and birds land on me

My family once buried me in sand and put crackers on my chest! I had seagulls divebombing me!

I've never really seen friendly birds where I live, just when I was on vacation...

Michelle, I clicked on your link, are you StaraptorEmpoleon? I love Pokemon

And thank you Nanay, it was really hard to get them. I'm not usually into taking pictures from such a distance!

Yep! I love Pokemon too~

I agree, it's hard to get pics from a distance, since my camera doesn't zoom in very far unless it's in video mode
