Somebody is selling it on preloved for 200!!! I WISH I could have it. I'll be honest, the cage is NOT great, and the person is also selling a blue and gold macaw for 500 but it doesn't look the best. I'd take it if I could
I DID see it and I was like naaaaaaaaan there's one on here NOOOOWWWW and she was like NOT UNTIL I'VE RETIRED! so I just sat there and stared miserably. There's also another on there called Blossom and I LOVE the look of her!
I saw it too! I go on preloved every day. To be honest, I always end up buying something
I found my new turtle Ally with her whole HUGE set up and stuff on there for like 10 pounds, nothing more nothing less. All together it would of probably cost be 400 + brand new. I'm currently messaging somebody about a parrot cage. It's like huge and they're selling it for 50
Can't someone save him?? Daisy will you pretty please be a angel and save him? Or any other UKers that want to take the sweet little guy in?? He's such a beauty, but look at what a horrible state he's in
OMG that's so much worse than I thought! I'm gunna see if I can convince my grandparents that that is what I want for christmas so I can rescue him and have him early. I'm gunna message the person and see what I can do though. I feel terrible about him. Really. That is SO sad. I just want to take him away and make him so much better. I'll really see what I can do.
Okay I have messaged the person. I will be getting about 700 pounds in the next 2 weeks, + any Christmas money so I can easily pay my nan back. I have a huge aviary with nothing in it outside so she can have tons of space. If I do get him I won't be able to get my new hawk, but I couldn't let her go like that. And the illigers macaw is so, rare to find! How can anybody treat any bird like that? I won't get my new hawk if I get him. I have to have him. I can't bare to see a bird suffer. He would be much happier in my care. My nan is just getting up now, so I will tell her as soon as she gets up and I'll see if she can lend me the money
You have to consider vet bills as well.
Also you could rescue him,and when he?s well and tame sell him on.
There's no shame in that.
Then you can have your hawk.
Thats what I'd do.
Its fairly easy to find a good home.
I don't wanna rehome him. I'm happy without another hawk. I love Chalkie and I can easily wait until I have moved out to get another.
A little update though: I'm GETTING HIM!!!! As long as the person gets back to me I should be able to take him in the next few weeks providing I can get the money, which my nan has agreed to as soon as they get back to me I'll let you all know!!!
no problem! Always happy to help anything with a pulse really I couldn't not have him. It would be awful of me. Sadly I can't take every bird. She's also selling a blue and gold macaw, also not tame, for 500. If I had that amount of money this very instant I would buy that off her too
