WINTER AIN'T COMING. ITS HERE.

Its chilly out -7C which feels like -12C. I don't mind the cold.

Its been a couple of busy days trying to deal with driving around in the snow with all the snow removal services diligently working like mad to clear roads and parking lots and highways so we schmucks can get around.

The pickle juice trucks are out spreading the juicy stuff to make it safer for us schmucks to try and drive in the icy road conditions.

I keep wondering why I smell pickles and was told here that where I am working (Not in Toronto) they use this pickle brine stuff to clear the roads here. Who knew? Mmm ... pickles.

Wednesday we are due warmer temps up in the 5 or 6C area and a ton of rain. Can you see the hell this will create then?

Melted snow and ice and all that water? Can you say SKATING RINK!

I might skate to work on Thursday when it all freezes again and the snow hits us all over. Wish me luck ... I haven't skated for a few years so the next time I reply it will probably be me lying in a slushy pile of snow with a broken leg or knee while I wait for an ambulance to come and rescue me. I might just be eating some lovely pickle flavored snow while I lay there in pain waiting ... making my next post on here.

NO ... its not my car but when I had to dig my car out yesterday and scrape the snow off

I felt like this was my damn car!

RAIN RAIN RAIN RAIN and mild temps of +6C. Its a mess outside and I did my slip sliding dance allllllllllllll the way down the driveway to the car. When I got to the car I seriously thought I should go back in the house, get into bed and pull the covers over my head until this mess goes away.

It's suppose to freeze up later and snow tomorrow with icy temps heading our way again. That skating rink looks like its going to be here soon and I'm not really looking forward to it.

SIGH ... big dang SIGH.

SNOWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWW! More dang SNOW ... all night, sort of all morning. STUPID DANG SNOW.

And what's up with people not cleaning snow off their cars when they are driving around. Are they deliberately trying to cause an accident or kill someone? Dang snow.

Oh yeah, its suppose to snow all afternoon into the evening and then dump even more snow on us tomorrow. WHY DOES MOTHER NATURE HATE US SO?

Sunday Rant ... I'm all done now. I might go back to bed. (until April)

It's COLD out there Mama! WHERE'S DA HEAT ! Tis a chilly day in the great white north. It's -10C which feels like -19C with the wind chill. Yesterday the wind blew right through you and made yer blood freeze! Okay not quite freeze but it was chilly and the wind felt like it was whipping you around like a flag or badly placed wind chime.

It's ugly and overcast and the threat of snow is coming for later this afternoon evening and should snow allllllllll through the night. Can you sense how excited I am? I bet you can. NOT.

Nanner and I are sticking close to a heater and a window while we watch all the little birds outside looking for food, poor little frozen birbs.

Another cold day but its clear and bright with some sunshine and blue skies peeking through the fluffy frozen white clouds. It's currently -14C which is -25C with the wind chill. I can't wait until Monday when it will be a balmy +9C or higher ... it will melt all this white crap!

HURRY UP SPRING!!!!!

Still cold as heck out there ... but a stunningly bright sunny day with blue skies and no clouds. Odd. I am freezing. Feet toes and fingertips and nose are chilly as all heck. I ain't happies.

I will be happy tomorrow when the temps will be+1C ... and then +5C on Sunday and higher and higher on Monday. I will get the banana hammock ready for some sun bathing! NOT

+8C .... That's right, you read that correctly. It's +8C which feels like +8C without any windchill and there is no wind or anything right now so its +BLOODY 8C at 5am in the morning.

I AM LOVING THIS DAY ALREADY and I am only just drinking my coffee now. Oh yeah bring on the spring like winter. I think Banana and I will go for a walk today in the park. Just jokin ... Banana doesn't like going outside with me. She says I am too crazy when I am walkin on sunshine. WHOA! I'm walkin on sunshine ... Whoa! And it kinda feels good!

Wet ... more ICY then anything its freezing rain and its bad out there, schools in my area are closed and I've told everyone at work not to bother going in the office. It's just a slushy pile of icy hell out there.

I hope where ever you are you will be inside warm and safe and don't have to venture out today... its just not worth the danger.

It's mild today at +3C but of course there is a windchill so its -1C or something like that. Everything here is FROZEN .... trees bushes grass and sidewalks and roads cars bus shelters and buildings all shiny and icy. It's actually quite beautiful to look at ... its quite hellish to walk or drive in.

More of the wet freezy stuff is due later today. I was going to go for a walk but maybe I will strap on my skates instead and walk skate to Tim Hortons for a donut .... and coffee.

It's the wee hours of the morning and its raining out, sort of freezing rain and sleet stuff and its +6C. The wind is insane, I use to have a lovely plant stand on one of the upper decks here but with the 60mph winds I think someone on the next block now owns my broken plant stand cause it blewedddddddddd awayyyyyyyyyy!

In the meantime ... do you like my new hat?

Still whining and nagging here although today is so bright and sunny and there is a hint of blue sky under all the light cloud cover I see. It's -5C and feels like -10C.

I don't mind today. How about you? What's happening in your neck of the woods? or City?

Freezing rain is on the scene today, people are shuffling around like robots trying to walk in the slippery mess. I will continue like this for the rest of the day/night and then turn into flurries later. YUCK. What a mess.

I found a new way to get around though ....

Weeeeeeeee!

52 MPH .... 52 freaking windy winds blowing all my stuff off my decks and onto the road and other peoples lawns. I don't have a clue who has my garbage cans and bins. They are all mixed up with my neighbors bins that blew away in the middle of the windy dang night!

It was interesting to hear things clang and bang all over the place last night but I feared I would wake up and find someones snow shovel or salt bucket embedded in my car windshield. So far so good ... I see people are walking down the middle of the road here to get where ever is needed as the sidewalks are a slippery ice rink waiting to break a hip or tail bone. ANDDDDDDDDDDDD ... it just started snowing now.

A blustery messy freezing rain type snow. I ain't going anywhere I can work from home.

Stay warm and dry and safe out there people!

So ............. have you ever seen it snow so heavy and stormy and intense with wet snow, sleet, fluffy snow, and rain and hail all at once? It's quite the sight to see. It was so bizarre and intense that it was described to me as a toilet spewing white crap. LOL

And that's what it looked like ... a toilet had exploded white stuff. It was big and wet and fluffy and soggy and intense and you couldn't look away.

It impressed the Nanner and I. We sat and stared out the window wondering what the heck happened up in the sky to make such a pile of white muck fall the way it did. Thankfully it didn't last too long, only a couple of hours. What a mess though ... its snowing lightly now and soon more wet soggy fluffy white crap will fall later today.

I have had enough of this madness ...

If I could find that damn ground hog .....

I'd beat him to death with a snow shovel and make him pay for making my life miserable.
