RAIN RAIN RAIN ... I don't mind rain. It's mild out at +5C but soggy and the air pressure keeps changing which gives me the miserable head.

I am going to take it easy today and hope the rain eases off and we get a little sunshine? Maybe? PLEASE?

Sunshine ..... tons of bright white sunshine and blue skies with fluffy white clouds. It's still cold out at -3C which feels like -9C ... but its still a nice day and perfect to go walk about somewhere. I'm outta here!

Enjoy what your day brings you!

Oh yeah ... Happy Belated Family Day ... (Yesterday) We get the 3rd Monday off every February for something our overlords call "FAMILY DAY!"

We are suppose to do something Family-ish or spoil your kids or something something, no school, no work no nothing. Not a lot you can do on this day except lounge around in your jam jams and watch tv if you don't have kids and its snowing like mad outside and the city isn't shoveling sidewalks or roads because its a dang holiday!

I jam jam'd with Nanner and ate popcorn while playing on the internet. Then did even more nothing later and ordered a pizza and vegge'd.

And on this lovely tuesday there is SUNSHINE! SUNBLOOOODYSHINE! Woo Hoo! I'm going for a walk for a late lunch in the freezing cold -10C weather. At least its sunny!

Lots of rain yesterday and last night so you know a lot of the piles of snow melted ... its mild now at +3C ... I like it. Sometimes it even pretends to get sunny for a few seconds and I smile ... for a few seconds.

There is a creature in the yard ....

This will be happening tomorrow on Sunday and Monday here in Ontario. Wish me luck. We are about to be blowed!

I am changing my name to Dorothy and will be humming, "We're off to see the Wizard! The Wonderful Wizard of OZ!" Banana will be singing along with me ... in birb language.

Rain Rain Rainnnnnnnnnnnnnnnn ... and a little more rain. So far so good and the rains haven't brought with it the horrible winds they are predicting. I can deal with rain. I can't deal with power outages due to wind ... so we will hope its just a rainy day.

Power outages and wind blowing alllllll over the place. DAY 2. It is beginning to snow now so it looks like winter is still here and going to kick me in the butt for a while. I will try and ignore it. HA ... its currently -4C but feels like -14C. That's a wee chilly... damn wind!

Y'know what? I cannot complain about the UK weather at the moment (other than well... we weren't prepared for it!). It's a whopping 6C now but as the day goes on we are looking at 14! It's crazy. February we are normally either in a constant state of grey skies and rain or snow. It's beautiful and sunny out. Every day!

So I am being buried alive in snow ... it started Wednesday morning in the wee AM hours and continued all day and night and its STILL snowing. I am done ... no more snow please. Just when I am happy that its pretty much all melted we get another dumping that is bringing with it a freeze over so I will have this crappy snow sticking around for the next week or more.

Thankfully we get a break during the last week of March and see warmer temps and some sunshine and melting for SPRING ... OH SPRING please come soon. I can't wait!

I guess what I'm saying is .... NO MORE DANG SNOW!

Oddly I should be thankful I live in a home and not my car ...

In California there was a lady LIVING in her car .... her car was buried under snow.

She was unable to get out of the car as it was completely covered and she couldn't

honk the horn or use the lights or motor as the car was not working.

https://www.cnn.com/2019/02/27/us/sn...rnd/index.html

Life can be crazy and hard ... I shouldn't be complaining about snow.

Sunny but chilly... I can dig it.

Tomorrow snow .. Tuesday more snow ... I can dig it and probably will have to dig myself out of the depths of snowy hell. In the meantime I will go enjoy the sunshine and cold.

I'm not too sure what to make of our current weather... it's a bit weird! We have been hit by Storm Freya and apparently some parts of the UK have been affected badly with up to 80mph winds. Luckily for myself, I'm in the midlands, so once it hits the coast we don't ever seem to get it as bad. It had been so sunny and mild before and although it's still sunny now (woo!) it doesn't last for 5 minutes. One moment it's sunny and cold and the next it's raining heavily and very very windy. Apparently at this moment in time it's 12C but it certainly feels colder

Sunshine Lollipops and Rainbows .... NOT. It's a wee cold -14C or something like that ... but its SUNNY bright blinding sunny and lots of fluffy white clouds in a blue blue blue sky. We are due some warmer temps this weekend something like +10C? Woo Hoo ... I would enjoy that.

In the meantime I will complain about the sunshine that is blinding me and makes Banana hate sitting on my shoulder when the sun hits her. She's an odd birb. She will sit on my shoulder and play and hang out bit when the sun hits her she freaks out and fly's back to her cage like she's been burned. She is an odd odd little chicken fried banana.

Okay something isn't right here ... we've had 3 complete days of sunshine and lollipops here ... that can't be right. It's against the rules of Nature ain't it? Today is the 4th day ... and it makes me nervous. I should just shut up and enjoy it because tomorrow the rain is due with kick ass winds to make us remember how yucky bad weather can be with kicker winds.

I will endure it with a smile ... in the meantime I'm going out to walk in the sunshine for a bit.

It's an overcast day with temps at -1C ... I can live with it. We are suppose to get warm tomorrow with temps in the +14C range. I will believe it when I see or feel it. Of course the weather network said to expect some rain or SNOW with those high temps ... SAY WHAT?

Enjoy your day what ever it may be.

It's fun working from home as I get to hang out with Bananer and look out the window and people watch. I think I just saw Tom Petty 2.0 .. a musician walked by looking like the late musician. It was interesting to see he wasn't STAGGERING like everyone else because the winds here are at a whopping 70mph and whipping people around like a plastic bag. We are due some snow and rain and mess later on this afternoon and evening so I guess winter is still here.

I will continue to wish for spring but will wait patiently for the happy time .... I suppose.

Good Monday ... its bright and sunny and coldish out but that's okay. I can handle coldish especially when there is sunshine out there. It's suppose to snow later and into the evening and then some rain and maybe something else horrible like a blizzard or something. Who knows. All I know is they are calling for more dang snow.
