New vulture Chris being cute

Chris being cute - YouTube
Here's Chris the new turkey vulture being really cute, and a very angry golden eagle who keeps trying to fly at me Chris gets so excited when I walk past him

Chris and Bruno - YouTube
Chris being cute in this one too, however half way through I go over to Bruno the little owl and try to get him to fly to me. He comes over to the one point but not the point I want him to come to

Enjoy!

Yes yes I've only got a barn owl, Indian eagle owl and Harris hawk. The barn owl n IEO are in aviaries on my uncles land and they aren't tame. Chalkie my hawk is fab though. I'm starting with him again in summer. I'm going to get another bird in 2014 (I'm getting my macaw next summer). I want a falcon so I gotta save for my new shed, telemetry n the bird haha. I have plenty of blocks but I'd like nicer black one. I had a hand reared Indian eagle owl who wasn't even two years old before she passed away in 2010 and I had an ex display 8 year old EEO who passed away last year when she got egg bound.

Wow! In sorry for the losses though.

Predatory birds aren't really my specialty but that's why I leave them to specialists. Though they are really cool it would be awesome to handle a few!

Sadly it happens even to the specialists. + I am one haha! But birds have good ways of hiding things like that

Well yea it's like someone who feeds their budgie only seeds could live 8-10 years, and me giving my birds excersize and proper diet could live up to early 20's. However a hidden tumor can kill a bird at only 4 years of age even given the proper care and best conditions

Mhhm, it's a real shame. How the people who put so much effort into their birds are usually the ones who end up losing them early

Ignorant ones bother me too, when they're like your a parrot person? And I'm like yea you? And then they're like nah, I had an amazon once but it died. Then I'm like oh really I'm so sorry, then they're like yes me to it was old can you believe it was 18!? And then I'm like ....it was only 18? Then they're like what do you mean only? It was old. And boy I remember how we was the best of drinking buddies! Then I'm just like oh, I feel bad for saying alcohols bad for them, then they say I don't know what I'm talking about. So.. Yea poor bird didn't deserve it.. That's why I like animals better then most people
