So a couple of weeks ago I ordered an a and e cage from mysafebirdstore. When it was delivered the boxes looked perfect. No damage to them at all. I started unpacking them. At the bottom of one side panel one square tube was bent pretty bad. We contacted mysafebirdstore about the problem and sent some pictures. We wanted a replacement panel. She contacted a and e cage company about it.
Then a few days later the owner of a and e cage company called us about the problem. He asked if the bird could be injured by the bend and a few other questions. He offered me a generous refund because he didnt want to tear apart a whole new cage. So I took it. It was to be put back on the credit card.
About a week and a half later we called the credit card company to see if the money was put back on it. It wasn't. So we called mysafebirdstore (I think that we talked to the company owner, kathie, each time we called them) and they didn't know anything about it. So she just refunded us the money. Which meant a lot to me. I thought I would like to share that with y'all what she did for us because it was a lot of money. I would recommend that store to anybody. Their customer service is great. Plus I like the added stuff in the shipping boxes.
Plus 2 guinea pigs and a lot of chickens
