kitties

got some other photos still

lets just say ive taken over 5000 photos in last few weeks but kept only 800...

they own the house and they know it, they either sprawl out on our bed, couch, floor, or in destiny's case, the upper unit of our kitchen... includes cupboards and top of fridge. how does she get up there? she jumps from the couch to the top of the fridge!!

who can resist these faces?
gylfie

jessie

daystar

could you imagine that these very teeth pierced my ear??? long story short, i gave her a bath and she freaked out and latched onto my ear years ago... long week of antibiotics for that one!

have you ever looked at a cats tongue up close?

but shes such a sweet laid back cat.... likes to sleep

jessie and daystar are best friends

Those are really nice photographs you've taken, and very cute kitties! I wish I had a cat.

jessie didnt always have the white patch of fur on her face, when she was a kitten it looked like the other side of her face. then around 2 years old it started as a small white spot on her nose and then it spread to her whole half of her face by 6 years old. its weird. but when we asked the vet about it he told us she has a form of albinism (meaning albino) and this is what gives her the bluish eyes.

i have an old photo around of her from before the white spot lol

Lol that's funny, she's very smart, does she eat anything in the cupboards or just enjoys sleeping in there?

[Warning: OFF-TOPIC!]I think maybe the vet probably meant leucism... leucism causes the blue eyes. Hmm... Here's a Eurasian blackbird for comparison and another. (White peacocks are leucistic). Think of this... White with dark eyes = leucistic; white with pink eyes = albino.[/END OFF-TOPIC]

Anyway, enough about that. Your kitties are so cute!
