Our dogs

Everybody else is at it and now I'm feeling left out

This is Shep, he's a border collie (standard black and white). He's always been a year younger than myself, I am pretty certain he is 17 this year. I had him as a present to grow up with. He has the cutest old man face he is actually almost completely blind now and I'd say about 80% deaf too. He gets around just fine though.

This is Molly, she's a black Staffordshire bull terrier and she is 7 coming 8 years old. She's REALLY weird, and I mean really weird. She rolls around making really strange noises and just generally other weird things. If you say Squirell to he she sits on her hind legs with her paws in the air. She's great

And lastly we have Diesel, a blue Irish stafforshire bull terrier who is coming up to 6 years old. He's, difficult? to say the least. He was rescued by the RSPCA and whoever had him last had actually set fire to him he has loads of fur missing on his back from this. He is a little bit shy. He doesn't want to really know people and he enjoys sitting on your feet which is horrible because he's SO heavy he is a nightmare to walk though, in the house he is fine. No problem at all but as soon as you leave he rips you down a road. I don't think his first owners taught him how to behave on walks but you have to be terribly careful with him especially around other dogs

Wow 17 is really old for a border collie.. My best dog EVER was a border collie/black lab cross... She was fantastic!! Diesel has got some jaw muscles eh? Is he cross? I really would hate to be bitten by him!! Molly is cute... I could of gotten a chihuahua/dachshund mix pup last week for free.. But I live in an upstairs apartment and it just wouldn't work... Oh well maybe another bird...... Lol

Another bird for sure! Haha. He is VERY old. He's starting to go downhill now but without sounding heartless, I feel he is too hold to put him through the stress of medication etc. Diesel is a wimp, he wouldn't hurt anybody, except other animals. People are fine but if he got hold of another dog he wouldn't let go. And Molly is just funny. She's like a little tub. We're getting two pugs fairly soon. I can't wait! They're my favourite dogs next to malamutes

Yeah that is old! Sangster, my fiances border collie X german shepherd had to be euthanised at the age of 13.

Does Diesel get difficult with other dogs? Or just people. We had a foster dog that came from a domestic abuse situation, and HATED men, especially my dad with his beard. Fido would growl and snap, and hide in the corner from him.

Mhm! All of my animals except for Axel tend to live a good deal of time. I've had a couple of babies die and about 3 budgies. But everybody else usually lives a very good time
