help with clipping a biting birds wings

Ok so sketch is indeed female. She bites hard enough to make me yell ow no.

I am wondering how to get her wings cliped should I just have the person who I live with take me to a vete and get her done the first time or. do you guys have a trick I'd have to get a hold of her agian though. I can't have her be in a high spot.

I've found that fearful birds become much more confident and friendly when they are allowed to fly.

The kind of tiel I have is a female tiel. After my Ziva(my 1st female tiel) became more confident when she was around me after she got her wings trimmed and became polite and stopped her biting habbit.
