I am Planning an Evil Plan

So I've been thinking and I REALLY want a new Bird, like, now. I've decided that I would love another 'Tiel and so I'm going to do it! Of course I'll have to talk to Mike and convince him first but...

I've approximated that it'll cost me about $400 to get a nice big cage, perches, toys, and the cost of the bird.

Since it'll take me forever to save that up, even with my Passion Parties' business, I am considering selling some Reptile stuff and maybe even a couple of my Scaly's. I was going to sell Strawberry anyways because he doesn't fit in to my breeding plans now since him AND Oreo turned Male.

Will also be saving all the proceeds from any paintings I do for this! Maybe even sell some other junk around the house to earn funds, lol.

I'm really hoping that I can get a little feathered baby sooner rather than later!

Awh yay! I'm really happy for you You need a bird, it's good for ya Please keep us all updated. Try to get a second hand cage if you can, just give it a real good clean when you get it (even if it looks clean) and you're good to go. Much cheaper!

Yay, I'm so glad you've decided on this, hehe! I know you've missed Hermes so much and I think a bird would be so good for you.

Thanks guys! I miss Hermes terribly so I think getting a new Bird will at least take the sting out of it, even though I'll always regret giving Hermes away.
I think I want to buy a new cage because I've been looking on Kijiji and all of the good, big cages people are asking way too much for. I can buy a nice big flight cage for about $130 online which will be cheaper than what people are asking for used ones on Kijiji!

Daisy, yes they are! I am planning on giving my 'Tiel a Mansion! Lol.
I think this is the cage that I'm looking at getting. I MAY go for the same cage but the larger version though. Flight Cage

I'm thinking if I can find one I REALLY want a Whiteface 'Tiel. They are my dream Cockatiel, lol.

For the same price could you not get one of the A&E flights or anything similar? I had a cage like the one you posted and it wasn't that great. Good for space, don't get me wrong, but not the best!

White faced mutations are my favourites too. My dream mutation is a white face pearl pied. I've got a white face cinnamon pearl though

We press all thumbs and claws that you can buy a cute whiteface tiel soon.
If you buy a good deal flight cage please make sure that the powder coating is free of zinc and lead!

I love your "evil" plan!!! Another tiel is a great idea, sounds like you've given it a lot of thought. I gave my female pearl tiel "Latte" to a friend who wouldn't stop nagging me and then she moved far away!!! I still miss Latte even though I have 4 other birds in my life. I'm excited for you!

Just a random side note, I prefer the HQ flight cages to the A&E's, just because the HQ's has two doors on the front instead of just one. I know with the flight I had a long time ago, it only had one door and sometimes it was hard to reach inside. Just a thought! (I've been so tempted to say this thought for so long, but never had the right opportunity! LOL!)

Thanks guys! I am just super excited and I really hope this works out.
I sold one of my Geckos last night and have put the money in a little "treasure chest" in my Gecko room, lol. If I put it in my bank account I'd end up spending it :P

As for the cage issue, I want an HQ Flight cage but I really don't know where to order one that ships to Canada without charging a fortune in shipping fees. I'm thinking maybe Amazon?

Found an HQ on Amazon! Just have to make sure that it will ship to Canada without huge shipping costs.
