Thanks Daisy, they aren't her eggs tho, they are the cockatiels eggs...hehe, but I didn't think it was fair to work so hard to throw her out of breeding cycle, then show her the eggs again. So the conure was my next model choice!

It's Easter Monday here in the land of Oz, so Easter is almost over, but never the less, Happy Easter anyway.

We try and celebrate Easter with chocolate Bilbies instead of chocolate bunnies or eggs, but not a lot of places stock them.

Check out this link http://www.qt.com.au/news/dont-be-a-...stead/2232547/

Little Prince George got to meet a Bilby yesterday, check out this link http://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/ukne...the-bilby.html

Cheers,

John.

Those eggs would have freaked out my conures - mine are afraid of everything.

Happy Easter!

Yep real tiel eggs, she laid 14!! She was a real worry cuz she wouldnt even get off the nest to eat drink or poop at first, I had to towel her off the nest twice a day to make sure she at least tanked up and pooped ... she ate like she was starving and I gave her lots of goodies then.. then she was right back on her eggs. She would of been a good Momma I think, but we have no male.

My conure is quite skittish also, but she is used to sitting on those bowls as that is what she gets her fresh food in, she just sorta wondered what those things were doing in her bowl...lol
