Which breed of parrot for aviary?

Hello guys i have been keeping budgies and cockatiels for a long time and im a member on talk budgies/cockatiels. Now im in the process of building an aviary in my garden which will be 13ft x 8ft wide. flight area will be 9ft x 8ft and speeping quarters will be 6ft x 4ft.

Originally the aviary was going to be for cockateils and budgies. But now i fancy a change and would like to know my options. I am from the UK and the weather here can get quite cold in the winter. I know budgies and cockatiels would cope well. I need a kind of parrot will will breed sucessfully in an aviary setup. i was thinking of a few pairs of ringneck parrots or maybe green cheek conures.

I have just started looking into this so if you people can please tell me of any parrots which:

1. would cope with UK weather

2. would breed sucessfully alongside a dozen of other parrots of the same kind.

Thank you for your help.

I am really unsure. Rosellas would be a good choice. But I'm unsure about them being with more than just the 2. Same goes for red-fronted kakarikis. Bourkes are a great choice as are red-rumped parrots
