Guess what i found!!!!! YES

I was looking and looking for what one could do when having the bird out of the cage..Than i typed in bird diapers and YES THEY SELL THEM..we have a pet store that sell them. They are liners that go into a flight suit i think is what they are..

Has anyone else ever tried these..My little parrolet doesnt make that much of a mess but skittles ( sun conure) looks like at times his could be alittle messy..when i get him really good and tame i am for sure going to try that..From what i seen i believe i could even make something that would be even better because i sew..

Just wanted to share..I know most of you already know about them and decided not to try or use them but i am..lol

When my husband (which is a football coach) starting the season has time i will post a pic..I really am not that good about posting pics. Give me some feed back if you have already tried the bird diapers..thanks

I have an avian flight suit/bird diaper for my green cheek. Your parrotlet is to small and delicate for one in my opinion. They look like a little swim suit...lol the diaper part is just a make up pad slid under the bum area. My greenie HATES hers so I don't make her wear it. I just wear a poop shirt.

I personally don't like them myself, sorry! A bird's gunna poop anyway and I'd rather they didn't have it squished all over their butts

I wouldn't use them either, I think it is an unreasonable demand for a bird.
I also keep South Americans, and I don't have much trouble with the poops.
There are no places above the sofa and the carpet where they can land, so they won't poop there.
Their plying area is on the roof of their flight cage, so most of the time they poop into the cage litter.
Janosch (green) is so considerate. He remembers the places where I wipe them off immediately and tries not to poop there.

I don't think I'd use them but they do sound nice in a way haha.

Mine goes in his cage to poop. Or has a special noise so I hold a cloth out and he poops on that.
This is my smug face!

Mine go poop wherever. Luckily, the couches are covered (kids and dog are wayyyy messier). I really don't find it difficult to clean up the poop with a tissue and I wear a special shirt for them to hang out on. It would be nice to put a flight suit on them, but it would frighten them too much. I think conures are more accepting of handling though.
