Still looking for a name

Can you guys list your pet names? Doesn't have to be birds only. We sort of have a nature/sanskrit theme going.

Our birds are Shanti, which means peace, and Satya, which means truth. I would love to find something that means love, but I don't like any of the ones I've seen so far.

Then we have the dogs, Luna and Sunny...kind of obvious.

And the cats, Koe, which means a light mist, and Kahu, which loosely translated means rainbow.

My beloved timneh who passed away in February was named Zephyr, a light wind. And my first conure was Lyra, the constellation. We've had others not in the theme...Spots the turtle, Loki, Juju, and Clover, nandays and gcc. We like german, hindi, sanskrit, and maori names.

Thanks!

How about Dawn or Dusk, the pink reminds me of the rising sun. I have Stitch and Pikachu (cartoons) and Cinder, Blaze, Phoenix and Furno for my red black canaries (fiery names) and Sunday (born on that day). Storm and Sky diamond doves because of their bluish gray colors.

Stitch Pikachu Thor Loki

BlazeCinder Sunday

Storm Sky

If you like German, pink translates to Rosa. I know people here call them rosa Bourke's anyway but I think it's cute

My birds have all been randomly named lol We have Chip, Chewy (who we really call Poopies) and Kissy, we had Muffin, we had a female budgie named Shrimp for a short while, also a male cockatiel named Chickachoo briefly because that is the sound he made My three dogs, who live with my mom, are Sophie, Toot and Panda.

I would recommend: Eros (I think it was the Greek god of love), Piglet, Maui (Hawaiian sunset), Koda (means friend in some Native American language)

My favorite pet name is Rissa. It's a shortened version of Serissa Foetida, a little tree that has a ton of tiny white flowers when its in bloom. Its also called the snowrose.
Lotus would fit in your theme also since the lotus flower is so prevalent in Buddhism, Hinduism, and ancient Egypt culture.
Aloha means love in hawaiian, Lani means the heavens. Hoku is star. (so Hoku Lani would be heavenly star )
Good luck!

Snowrose is so pretty. We have a Snowball because she's all white, a Chet named after the reindeer in The Santa Claus I I, a Comet because of the various celestial colors he has, and a Scooter because DH had a Budgie with that name when he was young. We've also had Ecru and Aspen for color, and Peanut (small), Pickles (green)and Charlie (cute). Hth

Names for males:

My linnies are called Yuki and Paulchen.
Yuki comes from the Japanese language and means courage and luck.
The German suffix "chen" (Paulchen) means "little".
