Feeding

Hi

I have a GCC that we adopted a few years ago. She doesn't like her veggies but will eat sweet potato, bananas, apples. I feed her Zupreem pellets with a mix of Higgins Seed Safflower with Sunflower seeds. I just started to give her an all natural powder that provides fruits and veggies and sprinkle it on her food. How do I know she is ingesting the powder and how long does it take to get rid of the stress lines on her back? She has a cataract in one eye and the other eye is collapsed due to being attacked by a cat in the home she was taken from. Our rescue said that the cockatiel cage will suit her well just because of these issues. I'm thinking a bit of a larger cage. We have her out every day for 1 1/2-2 hrs. Any thoughts or suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks so much and have a good day Diane & Faye
