Travel Back pack for parrots

Hi,
Without having to drain my bank account does anyone know if a backpack to travel with our buddies comes with all mesh? I would like all four sides to be mesh so the bird will be well ventilated. I have a travel cage, but its so bulky carrying it around.

Can anyone help me with this?

Thanks
Julie

These backpack carriers?

Now these ones are cool! Large size for a bunch of birds or ones on wheels. But they are costly!

Yeah I don't know of any that are really what you'd call affordable compared to carry cages but they are all very nice. They would be nice to go on trips with

No those cost hundreds of dollars and way to big for my Sun Conure. I was looking for an all mesh one so the air would flow on all three sides, the back of course would be against you back, follow?

I can't seem to find one like this maybe I will have to make one.

You might have to make one you want.

Most of these ready made ones will have a cover for each panel that you can pull down to protect the bird when you take them out. People use these to transport their birds to and from vets etc in all types of weather.

The advantage of having these types of carriers is they fold up in a small flat size so its easy to store, not like the bulky cat/type carriers we use for our birds that don't fold up.
