Feeling down in the mouth

Shortly after I woke up with a Nanday in my mouth, she started acting like she had something irritating her beak. She has been normal otherwise, and after several days (now that the vet is open!) she seems to have stopped. I know that the beak thing could be thrush or other bacteria from my mouth - do you think she could be over it?

I would visit the vet to make sure she's ok.
Our mouth bacterias are quite dangerous for parrots.
