Forgot my password

I haven't been on in ages since I forgot my password. An update is I can leave Ollies door open while I talk to him or play guitar and he'll fall asleep.
The budgies keep calling me whenever I leave the room or if they hear my voice.
I'm thinking about painting soon, and I found 0 and low VOC paint. Can I use it well the birds are still in the house? They'll be far away and the door will be closed with a towel underneath and windows wide open. I don't have anywhere to board them except my grandmother (she hates birds & uses every chemical you can imagine while cleaning).

Hey CB! Welcome back its great to hear Ollie has settled in and hangs out listening to you on the guitar with the cage door open. Hopefully he will start coming out for a little spin around the room and get some exercise too.

Yes 0 or Low VOC paints are good to use when painting, just put the birds in another room with the door closed I'd put a fan in the room blowing air away from the birds while blowing air towards the door to keep any paint fumes away. I've recently done some painting with the low voc paint which I found dried fast and the paint fumes were very light.

The birds will do fine.

Sorry I couldn't figure out how to repost since I'm using the mobile site.
I used zero VOC paints and they did ok, I left windows open and fans on while it was drying and a few days after.
