Echo finally made noise!

Echo has screamed a couple of times, usually when I've been holding her and especially when I took that horrid ring off her leg. Those were very loud growl-like sounds. They were pretty scary! I was just sat on the bed (I haven't gone to college today, I broke a blood vessel in my eye and my head is killing!) and watched her eat for a bit. She all of a sudden went PEEEEP!!!! as loud as possible. It scared me to death I kind of like the noise. She only did it once. What does it mean? Is it just PEEP! Look I'm here! Cause when she first came she would hide up the corner and not come out, not make a sound and keep her eyes peeled at all times. Now she runs around the cage, chews everything, slides up and down the bars and rolls around on the floor with an old towel but now she's made a noise like that, I'm thinking maybe she's happy? It sounded like a lovebird noise only 10 x louder
I really don't like her being in a cage. She seems pretty miserable about 85% of the time. Once I've moved I want to build an aviary for her. I'm thinking maybe 6 foot wide and 9 long, and 6 tall. I have heard that they can be extremely aggressive towards other IRN (the females that is), but I would really love her to have a mate when she goes into an aviary. And of course I would not breed her unless she was absolutely 100% happy. I'm going to the National Exhibition again in November and they had some amazing IRN there, all colours, pied and everything. I may pick one up. If she doesn't like them I could have a seperate flight for that one. I'll see how it goes

Bob does that when I leave the room, or he wants out.
He shouts for 2 hours sometimes.
I cover him up and leave the room.
If Echo has only ever seen green IRN there's a chance she won't breed with any other colour.
Also they can be real nasty, even killers.
My friends breed in a 6' x 3' aviary.
They have a blue pair, really pretty.
They destroy everything at breeding time.

I know about the females killing their mates maybe she would like a normal green male then to be in an aviary with plenty of room. I've read that the female should have a couple of flights clipped on each wing to give the male chance to escape?
