Leg rings

So I have been trying to find out as much information as I can on Rocky, however I am stuck, I have asked on the parrot soceity forum but no reply.

Does anyone know how to read an Amazon Parrot leg ring? Rockys doesn't seem to follow the standard of breeder initials, chick no, year of hatching. It just two letters and a bunch of numbers.

Is there a list anywhere of breeder ring numbers?

Do you have a pic of the band and the letters, numbers, etc. on it?

What colour is it? Just stainless steel one? Hmmm. I dunno. One of mine for instance will be DA (initials) 12 (year AND the ring is coloured for that year) and then a number like 2 or what ever. I have loads muddled up because they messed around with my order so I have 1-10 already used but I also have 1-50 oh well

I know how to read normal leg bands

He has a stainless steel split ring, it has sx 01323

Read somewhere a while ago that when the wild caught birds were imported they were all fitted with split bands that had the information of the quarantine center on. As for as I am aware he was bred by a breeder and bought as a chick from a family - they could have been lying of course.
