not again!! .......but :D

Well once again another bird is on a mission to find its way into my home . This friend of mine just approached me yesterday out of the blue and asked me if I wanted to re-home his IRN since he couldn't take of it anymore . Being a sucker for birds , i just couldn't say no and ....voila .......I'll have another parrot on saturday hopefully .
Its funny how they just manage to find their way to me . It was only last August when i got my budgie Hero after 3 years of not having any birds. And here I am now with 4 budgies , a lovebird and an IRN with another on the way.
I hope it works out find cause i haven't told my parents yet .....ohh I'm gonna be in trouble again .

Congratulations on taking him in, they're a lot different to other birds but I guess they're all different anyways

thanks everyone !
I was initially planning to buy a parrot for my birthday which is coming up by the end of this month. I guess I'm not going to now , 7 bird including 2 IRNs and a lovebird is a LOT of work .I feel much better taking in a bird that actually needs my help.

hes home !
I just got him home .Hes a young male for sure . He has a pinkish ring on the back of his neck with the part below his chin black. He seems a bit more friendly and calm than my Leaf but is still terrified of hands . His previous owner told me he knows how to open his cage and get out.
He came with cage WAY too small for him , I'd say too small even for just one budgie. Apparently there were 2 in that tiny cage . So now I'll have to go cage shopping again

Yes i will post some pics as soon as he sits still for long enough . He is one hyperactive little guy .

About the noise , well hes been quiet most of the day . Still getting used to the new place . But in between it got extremely noisy . All of my other birds just decided to start screaming for no reason whatsoever so he also joined in from the other room . The 2 IRNs and Mango the lovebird (who thinks hes a budgie/IRN) kept flock calling for over an hour . I quite like the IRNs calls , i find it much better when compared to the shrill metallic screech of a lovebird.
