prepping for tree #2: planning it out

for anyone that didnt see the first thread on my new tree go here first:

https://www.talkparrots.com/showthread.php?t=9618

i have put the tree together just to see how it will work (then i will take it apart and wash it)

it will be much different than the other tree as for the branches because 95% of this one has added branches unlike the big tree~~ which i am making taller! well technically.... the original tree in my room now is about 6' 6" and i am adding a vertical branch and 2 horizontal branches to make the top of the tree a triangle so they have even more space! so in other words i am adding 2 sides to the branch at 6' 6" so there will more more space at the top of the tree

ok on with the pictures!! the awkward steeply slanted branches are just for support for the top level
(it looks much better in person because you cant get a feel for where the branches are in a 2D picture!)

lots of climbing and sitting space!

from the top...

Love your trees! What kind of wood do you use and how are you attaching the branches?

And God said, "...let birds fly above the earth across the expanse of the sky." And God saw that it was good.
