My room became like a breeding ground for them. It was beyond nasty. They were EVERYWHERE. In my clothes, in the cages, on the floor. When the larvae became moths, they'd be up in the ceiling and hatch out of their shell things there, and so we were left with those on the cielings. It was WAY out of control.
Take my word and my advice, if you spot one kill it as quickly as you can. Set out moth traps (they sell them everywhere) and freeze/throw out the seed.
