Mumbles tail grew in squished?

The last few week i noticed Mumbles tail is on a 40 degree angle to the right , not straight like it should be , and theres 3 feathers on the bottom of the main tail that are about an inch away from the main tail feathers.
anyone have anythoughts?
is it a bad molt or something bad?

Could you post detail pictures of his plumage?
What kind of bird is he?

What species is mumble? If he is a bird with a particularly long tail and is pushing it up against the bars of his cage then that would usually be the issue, especially in asiastic parrots. I've seen it a lot in most species though when perches are too close to the bars
