Scully With Pencils

Scully got a hold of a pencil a we had a game of tug of war! I think he might of swallowed some of that yellow paint, is that bad for him?

I don't think so, kids chew on pencils all the time.

This is exactly what I thought especially if it was just the yellow paint and not the lead.

Should be fine, but it's not the best thing in the world to happen frequently They sell bird safe "pencils" you can get if he likes them that are just colored pine sticks

As long as he didn't ingest lead from the pencil, it should be okay. I think they make pencils out of graphite now anyway? The paint could be hazardous if it contains lead or zinc. Hopefully not though! Here are some bird friendly pencils : earch=GO

Hope everything is okay with him, but if he does like them then I would definitely say get some of the bird friendly pencils!
