Crayola Marker

Just a quick question! Are crayola markers with the caps on safe for Scully? He seems to REALLY like them!

Im not 100% sure but cant you take the ink out? And also the nib off it so he wont eat any of it if he does crack the plastic? I think the end bit comes off and the ink will just fall out and u can pull the nib out?

You know where I found good toys, dirt cheap and this will sound silly. At the goodwill/salvation army store. They have baby toys for under a dollar. I got rings and a little square hard plastic thing with rattles and mirrors, both for under $2. As long as they are sterlized theyd be good to use.. Just a thought. And if they destroy them or dont like them then you didnt blow to much.

Many birds do love phone books. Just hang the pages down through the bars at the top of the page and they have hours of fun. Cannary's POW, Taylor, and her bourkes, Stanley, both LOVE cash register receipts.

Thanks Shivani for the awesome siggy!

Toilet paper rolls are what my birds love. But I dunno about the markers, I personally wouldn't do it.

Wouldn't ink in the phone book harm them? I've heard receipts have caused some sort of cancer... Dunno what type though!

I've heard that newspaper ink used to be dangerous but is no longer dangerous. I guess I assumed phone books were printed with the same stuff. In actuality, I don't know.
