Pickles broke a toe

Pickles got spooked before he went into the shower last week and he jumped off my hand, hitting his foot off the sink. I didn't think much of it at first but when I looked at it properly it was not too good at all. His toe was really bent, and it looked nasty! He didn't seem to feel a thing and he was absolutely fine but to be on the safe side I asked Casey (DallyTsuka) what to do, as Munch has bitten a fair few toes ANYWAYS, I made a splint and he completely tore the thing off. He knows how to make short work of something he doesn't like. He had it off in a couple of minutes. That took so long to get on, yet he gets it off in minutes! His foot is completely okay now though and his toe appears to have gone back into place.

This was when he did it

And this was what happened with the splint on it

That's why it's odd! He couldn't move it for ages and it was bent like that an wouldn't even move back or to the side. Then I tried the splint and he was fine. Can they dislocate their toes?

Maybe he just sprained it or something, or even didnt really do too much damage to it, apart from bruise his ego lol Had birds I've thought injure themselves, and all they did was slightly bump into something Looks like he really didnt care for that splint though!

Could of been haha. I think he was fine. His toe stayed sideways for some time though but now it's back to normal. He hates the splint. He didn't notice at first but afterwards

Duke whenever he falls gets upset and takes it out on your hand, even though nothing but his ego is bruised lol

LOL! Birds get pretty embaressed but cats are the best. If they fall off something they walk away with such a sulk
