I'm beyond distraught!

I came home today to find half of sparkle's chest plucked! I'm beyond devastated and upset and somehow I know it's my fault! Help please!

She may have something wrong with that area in general, or have giardia... I would take her straight to your vet. Was it all plucked in a short period of time?

Not all down to down feathers only and in the span of a work day. She's been tested for giardia and is negative

When was she tested for it? Hmmm. I'd still see the vet regardless of whether or not it was giardia. Darwin was taken in on emergency when he stripped his leg over night and it took weeks of testing

Tested in October, full testing done at that time with blood, stool, etc.

I would take her to the vet. In the mean time look around see if you see anything new that can be upsetting her. Also start giving her daily showers/baths. Maybe add some aloe.
Did you move a toy? Maybe she is bored?
But a vet visit is needed to rule out any illness.

Do you keep her solitary or does she have a partner of her species?
Parrots often begin plucking when they are missing a partner of their species.

It could be that she isn't mentally stimulated enough, it could be illness, her skin could just be dry and irritated, she could have mites or lice or something, she could need something added to her diet.
Basically I would suggest what the others have already said and take her to the vet to rule out any illness.

I'm sorry to hear this. I would be devastated as well. I agree with the others...it could be so many things! The vet will be a lot of help.

Well , she's not ill, not malnutritioned, seems that she got super hormonal, reached maturity and went bonkers. After $200 spent in toys, and weekly cage overhauls, she is doing just fine. Extra time Nd attention from me seems to be helping too. She has developed a habit of needing at least half hour of cuddle time in my bed each morning and night. Also she is becoming so affectionate I can't get her off me at times.
Here she is today
