It could be from age, could be from Beak & Feather or another health condition I know they say on there that she's in the care of an Animal Rescue league, so she may have Beak & Feather, so cannot go to a home with other birds.

That is so cute! I have to say there is nothing sadder to see than a plucked bird, if indeed she is plucked....it just looks so ... sad! I'm glad to see the bird doesn't seem to mind, though!

To me, it's heartwarming, odd as it may sound. This bird, sick/injured/whatever is getting a second chance to live a happy life at the rescue center and is so happy she's singing and dancing It's nice to see!
