Everyone takes a turn!

Linnies always get first choice, but they're kind enough to share.
(don't mind the condition of the canaries, they're molting--having a bad hair day )

Awesome pix... Are Linnie's only the size of a canary? For some reason I thought they were closer to tiel size.

They are a little bigger and stockier than a canary (for some reason in the pictures I take, the canaries look huge) but they are definitely smaller than a cockatiel. About the size of a peachfaced lovebird.

Awesome pictures, your canaries have beautiful colors. And the linnies are so friendly with them.
Anna, do canaries have various sizes? In our Megazoo Duesseldorf they are much smaller than linnies.

Yes, there are smaller canaries--my dad has Russian canaries which are small, and very large canaries, but mine are about the middle sized canaries. They are about 3/4 of the size of my linnies, they just look bigger in the pictures, even to me

They are so cute, do they live in the same cage or just visiting in side the cage?

they live in the same cage, but it is a large cage 4ft x 4ft x 2ft. Right now it's a little crowded because there are 9 extra canaries, but when they complete their molt by the end of the month, I will be selling those guys.

Right now they're all young, but I keep my pair together most of the year. They really like each other, and even now with all the babies, you can see they treat each other differently and prefer to hang out near each other (not cuddling, like my linnies) There was a brief time during the breeding season when my female didn't tolerate the male in the cage--only in the morning for some reason--but was good with him the rest of the day, outside of the cage. However, I had to rehome one pair because the same female (she is fiery in color and personality ) didn't tolerate her at all.

So for the most part, they get along with each other if given enough space, but during the breeding season and right before it, you need to have enough cages to separate them (if they need it)

Yeah mine have to be separated. I've had a few clutches off most of mine but I eventually sold up and decided to just have the one hen I bred myself. My grandfather got a cock for her but of course, it's another hen. So now I've got two girls. The girls are usually hostile towards the guys and the guys don't like their babies!
