New pictures of Chewee

Chewee is doing fine at the moment, he's still his usual self - very fidgety and always on the go I just thought I'd share some pictures that I'd taken today. He's looking really good if I do say so my self. He still can't talk or anything but he does this great clicking and mewing type thing, it's really cute. It's like he's trying to beatbox

I've never seen them before. Very beautiful. I love the patch across the eye. Looks like he's wearing a mask. I'll look that thread up. I love to read up on different species.

Thanks Jess!

And yeah Teresa, I think that's what I love about them the most (the little mask). The lutinos are really pretty, I'm sure you'll see some pictures of mine around here. Also the yellow-fronted kakarikis are stunning (not as common) and the lutino ones look great because they're an almost complete yellow bird

Casey, I think you should get one hehe! They're fantastic birds but they're so underrated by everybody. I really think they make awesome fids. They're so full of fun and energy. And their eyes are really cool. Some of the lutinos have black eyes but that's common, however if they have red eyes it's meant to be really rare but yeah, they have like bright red eyes to match that little splonge on their forheads and that bandit mask You say you can see the intelligence in them... noooo. I do believe they're probably the thickest parrot out there. In a way it's pretty cute but I'm not kidding, they're really stupid I've only ever had one that actually likes toys too. Ralph, has a toy rotation every day because he loves them so darn much. They really love hanging upside down on the roof of the cage and they like sprint across the bar like no other bird I've even seen. They're so cool, and they know it. They're really proud of themselves like all the time. Even if you get one, a hand tame one, you'll most likely find that it wont be sat on you for very long. The kakariki mind is GO GO GO GO GO!

haha ADHD, sounds actually very much a bird for me! i will definately look into a kak when i get a house one day! im looking for the perfect bird for me and i have found 2 so far to add to the list. i want to find the perfect bird that suits me, the tiels do and all but after these two go i only want one. i already know the flock i want one day. 1 female cockatiel, 1 male lovebird, 1 male budgie, and one of my "ideal" birds that i gotta read up on. i also am going to open a budgie rescue as well. but all this needs money lol and i cant afford any other pets other than the ones i have!

birds im looking into
Linnie
senegal parrot
green cheeked conure
and now a Kak
