Budgies [pics]

I decided to make this thread so I could just throw all of my aviary photos in here instead of posting different ones for different birds. A lot goes on in here! The first few photos are from over the last month and will continue from now onwards. Hope you all enjoy!

Very cute!

How many budgies do you have?

Can you take a picture of your aviary? Need decorating ideas for mine

Sorry guys, here's a ton of Little Bub spam! He's so cute and he absolutely loves 'his' swing. Note how he tries to hold on to the beads and then slips off haha!

Sorry it's out of focus, it was on auto and got the tip of his tail instead of him as it was closer

My black cheeked lovebirds also reside in the budgie aviary as they're extremely gentle little fellas

As much as I love the masked lovebirds, I do think I have a soft spot for black cheeks

They're beautiful photos and gorgeous birds.

How do you think my Uno, a blue black masked lovie, would go in a large cage with my three budgies. She shares the patio with them in her own cage, but always looks lonely and watches the budgies playing with interest?

Cheers,

John.

Thank you John

Even if you have a large cage, I wouldn't recommend mixing them in the same housing unless you have an aviary. Because there is limited space they tend to bully one another off food. In my aviary, I have tons of food bowls and a hanging feeder so anybody can get some if they want some. And budgies, well, they can be a pain in the butt and if they bother Uno she will likely turn around and take a toe off
