It's how they would carry nesting material back to their nest Mostly females do it, but males can also do it too. A bit like how male cockatiels typically sing and whistle but the odd females can on occasion

SO CUTE. If you didn't know it was a nesting behavior, it would look like she was trying to imitate a peacock with that tail! She just wants to feel pretty okayy, lol.
