And God said, "...let birds fly above the earth across the expanse of the sky." And God saw that it was good.

yes, the vet doesn't know what it wrong with him i have been hand feeding him for about a week. he is eating a little more seed, but not a lot. i have to wipe his bum a few times a day because he poops on himself. its getting really gross and I'm not sure how to clean it.
here is the thread about it:

Hey awesome pictures!!! I love mid flight pics. What kind of camera do you have if you don't mind me asking? I have been looking and poking around trying to find a good one for this purpose, but I don't know where to start.

i use a nikon cool pix s9100, normal camera mode but with flash. i really want to get a bigger and better camera with manual focus when i get the money! this one is frustrating when you want to get close ups! it takes a lot to try and focus in on things and sometimes i just won't focus

i really love doing close ups and taking pictures in general.

this took me a while to focus in on the grass…

i like trying to do inside of flowers, but it is hard especially when the flower is moving a little

(if you search for my thread "ship in a bottle, nature style" you can find the rest of these pics) trying to focus the camera to the things in the bottle was a pain.. at least the came out nice!

I've got the Canon Rebel T3i and the Nikon D60. Both are a little bit behind now where DSLRs are concerned but if you're going to get a decent camera then I recommend the Canon! I love my D60, but the Canon is very snappy (no pun intended)

do they have manual focus? or both manual and automatic wouldn't be bad…

Yeah they're DSLRs so you can do just about anything on them. You can have it set to Automatic or Manual with just a little switch on the lens you're using
