New video of Mina

She prefers not to step up but likes to follow me everywhere I go, lol. Lately she has been changing a lot. She has actually started letting me snuggle her close (with my whole hand) against my body. She wedges against my body, hand, and the crook of my arm and starts making those grunting and peeping sounds, pretty darn cute.

This is her following me like she does. I was trying to get her to make the kissing noises that she started making a few weeks ago, but of course once the camera is on no go.

She is such a cute little linnie flapper, but they have their own strong will, I know that.

It's cute how she follows you! Our Comet follows my DH like that LOL! They are really sweet birds when those hormones are a thing of the past!

Yeah she will step up if it is not from her cage. Usually I have her step on her basket from her cage. She is a funny girl.

Yes, Mina has really changed in the last month or so. She doesn't bite anymore unless I wear nail polish :/ She hates it! The other birds are scared of it but she just gets mad!

Mina has also started letting me snuggle her toward my body. She sticks her head in the crook of my arm and lets me stroke her from head to wing! She doesn't like individual head petting just whole body LOL. Quite the leap from no petting at all isn't it, lol? Then she starts making her grunts and peeps. It is adorable. She also makes kissing sounds now, little ones and big ones, whether I give them to her or one of the other 3 birds, she imitates it as I do it. My male parrotlet Oliver does it as he anticipates me doing it, so needless to say, there is a lot of kissing going on at my house .

Our guys don't like polish either, so I just wear clear. Once in a while I sneak in light pink without too much fuss LOL! Or maybe they are more used to my hands now.

Comet doesn't really like to be petted as much as he just likes to snuggle his body next us, or his beak against our nose. Scooter likes to be held next to my cheek when he's in a snugly mood. We have lots of kissing noises too -they are funny, amazing little birds.

The girls let me pet a little, but they really don't like it.

The girls? I thought Comet and Scooter were males.
