Hooray, it worked... now one of Ricky and Lucy outside in thier flight cage on the deck... they were having fun going in and out of the birdie hut...

And last one - I wish I could capture his true turquoise color, but this is pretty close... and he looks so content... he is a really funny, happy guy.

As I am typing this, they are crawling all over me, they remind me of feathered little pet rats, just much cuter ... these green cheeks are really something, aren't they?

What colours are they meant to be again? I know Ricky is a yellow sided turquoise but what is Lucy? She looks pretty turquoise too in the pictures, only like really really pale haha. They're so beautiful. Thank you for sharing

I know, I can't figure out her color, because you are right, her back is light blue and green and very pale turquoise and grey while her chest is pale yellow... she is a really light colored bird, but the turquoise and green really shimmer in the sun... and she definately has the yellow - I'll be interested to see what happens after her first molt....

You can get pineapple turquoise so maybe she is just that
