What's For Breakfast Today?

For our favorite Sunday breakfast, We are having eggs (cooked in a ceramic pan without oil), raw rpeppers and fresh Kale. Of course I like some toast and coffee with mine!

Looks yummy! My birds eat better than I do. I had to rush off to work so feeding myself is never on the menu

Well I am reading this Monday, so today the birds had apples and fresh dandelion greens. I had the rest of their apple and an english muffin sandwich with espresso over ice.

Sounds great! Yes, our birds often eat better than we do!

That's my linnies' daily breakfast.

(Please enlarge)

Besides they get soaked seeds with some dried berries and a bundle of chick weed and iceberg lettuce.

I usually eat a bread rolll with yoghurt and strawberry- rhubarb marmelade and have two large cups of coffee.
