See this is why I would be wary about getting a Macaw even though I love them. Even if they are being friendly and curious their "test bites" can still do damage. :P

Awww, baby Military! What a cutie! Those are called love nibbles That's why I don't mind macaw bites as much tho, not that they don't hurt - their beak is big enough you can grab em and pry them off lol

Yeah it really hurt but it was like not bad, I can't even describe it. Once it was over it didn't hurt one bit! I've had a mad macaw bite me, different pain

I'm nervous of macaws, even the little ones.

Hey looks really can be, people look at me and think I do stuff to do with art and I'm like nah, I fly eagles
and another example: parrotlets! Look at how CUTE and small they are! Like lovebirds too! And they are MEAN.
