Well the visit went well! The lady picked me up from the night club she worked at. I'd only ever been there at night when it was packed and crowded but I went in while it was just her there. It is SO weird! Her car was really big, like so high up you have to climb into it

I fell like a little turtle. When I got out of the car I forgot how high it was and kinda plopped out.
I got to her house (which is ENORMOUS. Her and her husband had built the house themselves and it was absolutely beautiful) and Eddie was right by the front door! I fell in love with him. I gave her the food I had bought with me. I gave her a lunch box full of pellet berries and Parrot Premium Plus. I gave her three packets of bird cookies and before I left I even prepared a really great lunch for him. It was carrots, broccoli, peas, apple, banana, orange and cranberries sprinkled with broken up pellet berries which were then mixed in and then topped with herbs! I also gave her a Rob Harvey catalogue.
Anyways, on to Eddie. Eddie is a four year old yellow crowned Amazon. The garden centre had ripped her off for her money. I told her from a good breeder she could of got one for 400-500 pounds, the place made her pay over 1000

!!! They never even got him out in his 9 months of being there either. Tut tut tut. He is probably one of the funniest birds I have ever come across! He talks up a storm all the time and he was always yelling various phrases. We put some Queen songs on real loud for him and he danced and sung along to it! He was really focussed on my hair. He kept coming over to look at it. He isn't at all aggressive but he does get pretty over excited really easily, but I find that common with Amazons anyways haha! Anyways, here's some pics!
