ssshhhhh i love disney movies!!! i leave kids movies playing all day and night. we watch movies as we go to bed, and it gives background noise for the birds to prevent nightfrights. the tiels get nightfrights when its quiet. and we leave it on it the day for noise and entertainment. munch likes some movies (jurassic park LOL)

How cute!! My Minnie was like that. She was ridiculously laid back and chill with whatever.

except, shes a screamer LOL

she always has been a screamer. she screams every morning. but its because she just likes to do it i swear. but shes got a quiet voice so her screaming is quiet and doesnt bother me much. but some mornings it does wake me up. thats her ONE flaw, shes a screamer

Can't get worse than Joey for screaming. None stop from the sun coming up to the sun going down. I had to laugh though. I went into the bird room outside in the dark and I was super quiet, and all I heard was "Joooooeeeeeeeeeey" and I just burst out laughing

my guys had a nightfright last night. i ran it to calm them down and check for injuries. tsuka broke a blood feather so i took him out of the cage to bring him to the bathroom to pull it and make sure he was ok. i grab him, and he looks at me and starts talking LOL all i hear is "hey tsuka boy. what are you doing tsuka boy?"

then when i put him back in his cage he walks up to dally "hey dally girl" oh he was funny last night. i took dally out and checked her as she has some blood feathers right now. but all was fine. but sometimes they just say the funniest things at the funniest times lol

i know, they pick the funniest times to say something lol

i am lucky tsuka is not a chronic screamer. then id have a problem. he's got a LOT of volume to his screams. hes brutal on the ear drums. but he doesnt scream often. so im lucky. dally is a screamer but shes got a weak little voice so its like a long whistle lol

i think males have more lung capacity LOL dally can not reach loud levels at all. the lovebirds chirping are louder than her screaming. tsuka will kill my ears lol

Im trying to get Desi talking. I repeat the same things over and over to him. So far all Im getting are flock calls and monkey noises. lol He is the LOUDEST bird I have and he gets the rest, esp. Ricky going. Although when the parrotlets start bickering you can hear them all over the house. How do you teach your Tiels how to talk?
