New rescue tiels.

So today I picked up my new rescue tiels.
just 2 as 1 died whilst in rescue but he was 15.
All others were boarding or reserved!
Finally the conure is reserved and the african grey has become more of a pet for the rescue which is nice.
They had a beautiful hand tame lutino but he was reserved!

anyways here are the pics.
The pearl is called Vibe I think she's a girl and she's 7
Whitefaced is called Tamba and I've no idea sex or age.

the whiteface is a male

he is a whiteface cinnamon pearl male (im pretty sure he was a visual pearl, though he may be split, you would have to look at his tail feathers and see if hes got any white mottling near the base of the tail feathers)

Thanks for your nice comments everyone.
I did think Tamba, the wf, was a male.
He's not friendly towards other tiels and only likes Vibe, the pearl.
He's gorgeous looking but Vibe is stunning.
I'm thinking of showing them.
Have to see.
My other tiel has stopped singing for now. Doesnt like the disruption
Hope the pecking order is established soon and peace and singing will return.

Gorgeous! I believe the pearl, Vibe, is female - only females retain the pearl coloration, the males lose it

Yup. The wf is a male and the pearl has to be a female. See the cockatiel in my signature - it's a girl cause there is no white face like on yours. And only females keep the pearls.

I've never had a pearl,
I'm very excited!
I think I've got 4 girls and 2 boys but hopefully will be ok,
2 are too young to breed and I don't intend to breed again any time soon.
They're my babies!

I'm just trying to figure out if the new tiels have been in for food yet.
I put millet spray out yesterday.

Thanks guys. They seem to have settled in. I saw them go in. So at least they're eating.
The fighting seems to have stopped too!
