Mr. Quaker photo shoot.

Mr.Quaker's photo shoot

"It's tiring doing photo shoot, I need me a stretch"

Looking very moody here.

Fell asleep in the middle of photo shoot

Mr. Quaker: see you next time.

I have a terrible time taking photos because of his colours. When I have the flash ON, his feathers seem to reflect the light back at the camera and many photos came out really bright - I had to delete loads. This quaker is the hardest to photograph.

his colours are just so pale and they blend together!! i know what you mean, mango is like that too sometimes

a little hint... try having the camera farther away, but zoom in enough that it focuses on him when you press the shutter button half way to get the green square. then take the photo. see how that works with his colours. i find the brighter birds are hard to get flash photos with because they reflect, so messing around with my camera has helped me figure out ways around that lol

for example, this is no zoom, close shot... see the flash dilutes the colours and comes back kinda blurry colour wise..

and this is zooming in from farther away...
