Dexer went to the flying field today

I took Dexter to one of the fields where I fly Chalkie. I took him in his carrier (it was LITERALLY over the road) and checked everywhere for people/animals/predators. I then got him out and Jack took loads of pics of me playing with him. I however HATED the photos so I'm not going to post them! I do have lots of others to show you anyways!

Fluffy puffy bird!

Doing tricks

On the ground

On a branch

and another

Then Jack got up a tree for some cute pics

Then this turned up (Eurasian buzzard) so Dexter got put back in the travel cage and we went home!

I made a cute edit too

Thanks! I really want to haha

Dexter likes Jack more than me, another reason why I think he's a she! Pickles prefers me more and he's DNA'd male

He does love it! Jack's bought me one of those over the shoulder carry bags for animals. I can take Dexter everywhere that way and he can be safe

That's awsome! I just have a small travel cage for Hermes, although I don't like it because the door is on top and whenever I try to get Hermes in there he just jumps off of my hand onto the top of the cage. Then I have to grab him to put him in which he hates.

Oh I hate small doors. I don't really like travel cages. I just use those plastic cat pet carrier things. They work for every animal pretty much

Yeah, I tried using our cat carrier for Hermes but he is scared of it and kept trying to run/fly away.

I literally just pick them up, put them in the back and shut the door really fast. They tend to cling to the sides and peek out though

My birds are so jealous! I would love to take them out and about in a carrying cage but people round here where I live are as hard as nails and only have staffy dogs - if I walk around with birds they probably laugh and give me a right hook for being a pu sy.

He's a green cheek conure! But he's extra special because he's a turquoise yellow sided

Thank you!
