Talking Goober's Adventures!

I've been stockpiling Goober pics and videos, since my computer decided to die, so here's what I've been hoarding! First, we have Goober at Pierson's new Wetland Preserve Only a few months old, so there's mostly just a lot of water birds and small fish, though the occasional Osprey is settling in - it will be really nice once it's had a few years to really establish itself! Our community has been really big about creating wetland preserves where we can... it's way too overdeveloped down here and there's almost NO natural wetland areas left without going an hour or two south to the Everglades.

Goober being cute, chewing her feet in bed

Videos coming soon - too tired to stay up and wait for them to upload

Goober is gorgeous!

Thats so great about the wetlands, it looks like a really nice place.

I looove picture number 6! She looks like she's thinking about something, with a cheeky grin on her face!

And here's some videos: The first is her new (slightly annoying) trick - swinging off hanging toys to get off the playstand!

Next is Goober playing with my sleep mask - sorry it's so dark

Goober playing with my boyfriend's wallet chain! It's stainless, so it's safe She LOVES it!

Yeah!! That was actually my little nickname for her at the store, because I never thought I could bring her home... and when I did, it just stuck! She lived in the petshop for a little over a year before I could bring her home, so she had an interesting life with lots of time to be a dork lol

I love the pix of her outside...but are you not scared of losing her? I would be to scared to take my birds out side.
