even tho he can see them thru the side ..he knows he can't get them that way and he knows they come out of the top even tho he can't see them there.

Thank you everyone....he is my funny little feathered pride and joy clown...lol. It really took only about 15 mins to teach him that one day.. I did not set out to teach him it just happened cuz he hated for us to put the lid on and would grab it and try to fling it when we wanted to.
